Mr. Saravoot Yoovidhya, Managing Director of The Red Bull Beverage Co.,Ltd., Mr. Chalerm Yoovidhya, CEO of F1 Red Bull Racing Team, Singha Corporation Co. Ltd., and The Governor of Bangkok led by M.R. Sukumpan Boripat joined together for the press conference.

"Street of Kings RATCHADAMNOEN; Red Bull Bangkok 2010" brought F1 racing car which just won the F1 world championship 2010 to Thailand. The car specifications are RB6 strength, 2,400 CC, V8 engine which can speed up 20,000 rounds per minutes. The F1 racing car was bringing to run show in RATCHADAMNOEN roadon December 18, 2010. Peoplesaw the historic RATCHADAMNOEN Road filled with the Red Bull Formula 1 Championship Racing Team 2010 in celebrating His Majesty King BHUMIBOL'S84th Anniversary. The event,the first of its kind in the capital, will give Bangkokians the chance of a glimpse of an expensive race car in their own city.

The idea of turning RATCHADAMNOEN Avenue into a race track is not new as Prince Birabongse Bhanudej Bhanuban - better known as Prince Bira - planned to close roads in the Sanam Luang and RATCHADAMNOEN area in 1939 for a "Bangkok Grand Prix".
